Hotel Arrival & Departure Information

Kern River will pay for your stay the nights of September 9 and 10. If you’d like to extend your stay before or after the meeting, the Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley has offered Kern River’s guests the conference rate of $439 (plus a resort fee of $40 per room per night, taxes and assessments, which are currently 14.62%) for three days before and after the meeting dates, subject to availability and occupancy rates. Once Kern River makes the reservation you will be asked to call the hotel to provide a credit card number for the pre & post-meeting dates.

Disclaimer: Self park is not available at Stein Eriksen, there is a daily valet charge of $45 per night per vehicle. This will be charged to your personal credit card on file. Kern River Gas is not responsible for parking or daily valet charges.
