Hotel Arrival & Departure Information

Kern River will pay for your stay the nights of October 8 and 9. If you’d like to extend your stay after the meeting, the Phoenician has offered Kern River’s guests the conference rate of $439 (plus a resort fee of $25 per room per night, taxes and assessments, which are currently 12.57%) for three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability and occupancy rates. Once Kern River makes the reservation you will be asked to call the hotel to provide a credit card number for the post-meeting dates.
